A world where every hidden song is finally heard, where anyone who has ever whispered: “I wish I could make music” discovers the courage to turn that wish into a healing, empowering anthem.
In a world that glorifies productivity and perfection, many feel disconnected from their inner artist, that deep, inner part that longs to express, create, and be seen. Too many are taught early on that they’re “not good enough” to make it. We bury our songs, silence our stories, and numb our emotions.
We live in a culture that discourages dreaming, devalues creative careers, and tells people to “be realistic” instead of valuing expression.
Music is often inaccessible as a healing tool due to fear and conditioning. The truth is: Music heals what words alone cannot. When we reclaim our voices, we begin to heal in ways we never imagined.
No music background needed. It’s for anyone who longs to express themselves creatively.
We offer practical tools, support, and encouragement to turn vulnerability into voice and story into song.
We guide you through a process of bringing your unheard song to life. You reclaim your creativity through songwriting techniques, one song at a time.
Back in my senior year of high school, I found myself at a crossroads, torn between two passions: psychology and music. I knew what I loved, but fear crept in. The fear of instability. So I asked my mom for advice, and she said words that still echo in my mind today: “What is it that you would do for the rest of your life, even without being paid?”
Followed by: “Follow what you love and be the best at it.”
And just like that, the answer became clear: Music.
I moved to Argentina to begin music school and later continued my studies at Berklee College of Music, majoring in Songwriting.
Despite the doubts coming up, I knew I was meant to write songs. I was meant to help others do the same. And years later, I finally connected the dots of why everything happened the way it did…
On September 9th, a strange weight pressed on my chest. I didn’t know what was wrong, until I looked in the mirror and told myself, “I love you. I’m here for you.” Something cracked open. Affirmations began pouring out of me… and then, I began to sing them.
A melody came through, no instruments, just a song from the soul. Then came the whisper: “You will release this song in one year.”
I had not written a song since I was a child. I didn’t compose. I didn’t know how. But I made a promise to trust. I marked the date, one year from then.
Paloma looked at Cassidy and said, “I love your dress!”
Cassidy replied, “I love your energy!”
We exchanged Instagrams. Two months earlier, Paloma had released her very first song. Cassidy, curious about the music world, asked her to brunch to learn more. But brunch wasn’t about the song; it became a soul-deep conversation, the beginning of a sisterhood we now know was divinely orchestrated.
For seven weeks, we grew closer. In the seventh week, Cassidy shared that she’d been working on a song and didn’t know how to bring it to life.
Then she said:
“Let me help you.”
Cassidy was stunned to learn that Paloma was a Songwriting major at Berklee. We met in a small practice room with a piano. What happened next could only be described as holy. Time disappeared. Tears came. The song was born.
And then… so was Songwriting Therapy.
We didn’t even know what it meant at the time. We just knew it was true.
Two years after that first song poured through, the next calling came:
“It’s time to launch Songwriting Therapy.”
This is about writing the song that rewrites your story.
And so, C&P Songwriting was born, a safe, sacred space for those who never thought they were “good enough” to make music… to discover that they were born for this all along.
